After touring several apartments on Friday, I visited Great Hills Village. To my surprise, the staff at GHV was the worst!
Upon entering, the two leasing agents looked at me as I walked in and continued their conversation (talking about shoes). Then one approached me and asked me to have a seat without introducing herself (and she proceeded into the back office while I sat and waited.) I had to ask for a tour and floor plan information. The disappointment continued during the entire visit.
For such high prices per square foot, I expected to be treated alot better! Guess what....I definitely didn't rent there. With such a poor initial welcome, I wouldn't know who would rent there with that front office staff.
