I've had nothing but good experiences here!! The landscaping and pool are wonderful, and my apartment is the quietest I've ever lived in. The location is good, and my neighbors seem friendly. The office management could not be better. They pretty much bend over backwards for you. I've had them let me in my apartment after hours, put packages in my apartment because I was at work, and everything that has broken has been fixed the same day. I give Great Hills Village an A !!

You are DEFINITELY part of the office staff. "Bend over backwards for you"? That is the biggest joke in the world! Everytime I've gone into the office to drop off rent or pick up a package they are all sitting around gossiping. They are phony baloney to your face as long as you don't have any issues with them that you need to address. The second you have any sort of problem with your apt. or the property, they do NOT want to take care of it. And I am a reasonable person who realizes that I live in an apt. so I don't ask for much. WONDERFUL place to live as long as you don't have to deal with the lazy and incompetent staff.
