I agree with the last review about the management. With the previous managers, I never had an issue despite some people's complaints. Since the new head manager, -----, took over in November it has gone downhill fast!!! The computers in the business center have been broken for about 3 months now and still have not been fixed. Also, in the past when the gates were broken, they were fixed immediately. Once again, since ----- took over, she lets the security gates be broken for days at a time. Hell, they're open more than they're closed! Try to call the office' Guess everyone is too lazy to answer the phones. And try to go into the office b/c they don't answer the phones' ----- and crew have left the office by 5:00 pm or earlier, instead of staying until 5:30 pm like they are supposed to. This place is nice and the pool is fantastic. I just wish the lousy new manager and her lazy office staff would leave so I could enjoy my apartment again.
