Since the the management company took over it has been a pleasure. I woke up the other day and they had breakfast at the gate waiting for me. I have NEVER been to another property where they have done this. I would highly recommed this place.

That is utterly rediculous! This had to be written by one of the new people in the office. The new management only did it that once. The old one did it every other month. And let's talk about their ghetto newsletter! Maybe it's because they got their management from dropout central.

I agree that the current management wrote this. The old management was awesome. They actually listened to you and took the time to hear what you had to say. This is the worst management I have ever seen and they are downright rude. They say they are writing down your request for repairs, but in actuality they are probably filing their nails and not listening to a word you have to say because nothing ever gets fixed. The parking spaces are so small and there are not enough of them, so you have to park far away and walk in the dark if you come home later. The security gates are always broken. Rent has increased by so much and I am on my third year living here. They are stealing money from our pockets and raising costs for no reason. I WILL NOT be renewing. Don't live here. You can find better apartments for your money. I was down by the pool the other day and I heard 5 people around me complaining about the complex and new management. UGH!
