I have lived here for 3 years and enjoyed the place up until the last 3 months. New management is plain stupid. Just today I was working out in the gym at 5:30 AM. A man who appeared to be homeless was asleep in the men's room on the floor. Another tenant discovered him, while workg out. The gate has been broken for over a month. Unbelievable how much we pay to live here and have that dangerous situation. It is pitch black by the gym, no lights. They won't sign for packages, and oddly enough the water bill went up over $10 a month since they took over. Walls are already so thin and they are putting in hardwoods on above floors. How ignorant is that' Not worth $150 on top or your over priced rent. I'd move to the Domain and at least get what you are paying for. Very sad, as I enjoyed living here with the previous management group. Kids running around the parking lot playing with balls around your cars, as well. I am so happy to be leaving.

My experience here over last few years has been positive. Things have gone downhill since the ownership change. The gate has been broken for months, and as a result, I have had uninvited, unwanted visitors at my door. I really loved having the sactuary I had before.
