Since new management took over, it has been one intrusion or inconvenience after the other. Three times in the last 3 months they have asked residents to move stuff and/or lock up their pets in the bathroom so they can enter the apartment for wiring, inspections, or whatever! The contractors leave a mess (sheet rock shavings all over the carpet, messes in the kitchen, etc...) They obviously don't care about your property or privacy. They give you one day notice and tell you to crate (or lock your pets in the bathroom) for the next 3 days. I don't think so. I wouldn't let anybody come into your apartment without your presence as one neighbor told me about a "missing watch" but couldn't prove anything.

Don't move in until all the new repairs and construction is over. Maybe in 6 months to a year, they will have everything done but I would not pay anywhere near what they are asking for right now. Tenants are moving out like crazy - too expensive for what you get - noise, disorder and invasion of privacy.

On a good note, the pool and hot tub are very nice but the exercise room is not up to par with other complexes in this price range. This apartment would be great for 20 somethings that don't mind noise but for most adults, this is not for you unless you enjoy hearing your neighbor making love (that is the nice word) all night long. Walls very thin.

Trash bins are always full and overflowing into the parking lot even tho we pay for trash pick up now. New management will nickel and dime you to death. We now pay twice as much for water, $5.00 a month for trash pickup and $10.00 a month per pet. What is next' Think twice before moving here (at least for a year).
