As a resident of The Marquis Great Hills, I can confirm what others have written on this website. You will continuously be intruded upon & asked to lock up your pets for a three day window. This averages about once every six weeks, although half the time, noone shows up. It is also true that you will be told that these apartments are built to condo spec. This could not be further from the truth. The reality is you will hear & feel what all of your neighbors are doing. I have actually been awoken in the night with my bed shaking due to my neighbors healthy sex life. In additon to this, there is never any toilet paper in the pool bathroom. The offfice claims that people are stealing it. Maybe it's the homeless that have been found sleeping in the bathroom. I'm not really sure. Finally, the security guard thinks he's johnny law, and has actually threatened residents who are drinking at the pool that he will have them arrested for public intoxication. If your smart enough to be reviewing the opinions of Marquis Great Hills residents, then you should be smart enough by now to know to look elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did.
