This is a great place to live in Austic It's conveniently located, i.e. Centrally in Austin, in the Arboretum. The appartments are well appoi nted, and may be upgraded if you want to pay for the upgrades. The management, in my view, is fair and accommodating. The grounds are neat and clean. They allow pets, on a leaser h and you must clean up after your pets......That's obviously GOOD!

Many of the residents are professional, however there is a mix of people. I've never seen any instances of obviously untoward behavior AND the pool is probably the best in Austin. There are a number of bbq grills, a workout room etc. Maybe there is a better place, but I've been here for 2 years and I think it's great. I'm happy to provide a reference.
