I have been living at here since December and have had a great experience. I moved from Marquis at Caprock Canyon to Marquis at Great Hills Trail for convenience to work and have found the Marquis Apartments to be very professional and compassionate about what they do on a day to day basis. Management couldn t be any friendlier and willing to help out whenever asked to do so; furthermore, the upgrades to my apartment and at the pool have exceeded expectations. Also, don t waste your money on a health club, the fitness center has everything you need for a good workout without the hassle of leaving the confines of your home. I have and will continue to refer people to the Marquis at Great Hills Trail.

No way this is a legit post. There are great things about these apartments, but the good hardly out weigh the extraordinaryly bad characteristics. Parking, unreachable management, broken gates, constant intrusion... Read the other reviews, there is an endless list of complaints. The pool area Arboretum address are the biggest perks.
