I've been a resident for almost 2 years and signed up back when it was Great Hills Village apts, who had great management. When it switched over to the Marquis everything went downhill. If you ever ever have any issues with rent being late(and I'm talking minutes not days) get ready to pay a hefty fine. I also once had paid my rent on time and in the process of them depositing my check, I had a bunch of fraud hit my checking acct, which had to be closed out causing the check to bounce. You think a resident of 2 years would get some understanding and a courtesy waive of charges right' Nope....no exceptions ever given you will be liable for every single fee they can charge you in your lease. I love the arbor location but stay away from this community at all costs! There are much better apt communities near the area along Jollyville.
