My husband and I lived here the first year that we were married. We were extremely comfortable in our 1400sf two bedroom two bathroom apartment with front and rear balconies and Juliet balcony in the master bedroom. Some of our favorite things were the ceilings at about 10' high, the resort style pool with free margaritas and hotdogs on Saturdays, the "wood" floors in the kitchen and professional staff. Parking can get annoying sometimes, but that very minor. Our electricity bill was a ridiculous $200-ish a month, which was silly.

Our friends enjoyed being entertained at our place and are looking to move in, if they can swing it. For what you get, I think the price is pretty reasonable (of course, we had a move in special).
