Although this apartment complex may seem like a wonderful place to live when you visit or view it online, it is quite the opposite once you move in. Although the apartment complex opened less than a year ago, I continue to run into problems with the sub-par construction, such as leaky sinks, to an air conditioning unit that does not function properly. The complex management and maintenance staff care little about fixing such problems. They are more interested in acquiring new clientel than pleasing customers they already have. Living here has been an enormous headache and I hope you think twice before living at Iron Rock. One piece of advice, before living somewhere, be sure to speak with current tennants to find out what the pros and cons are of living at that particular complex; it might save you from going through what I did.
