This place seemed so great when we were reviewing as to where we were going to live. It turned out to be the biggest joke. We had so many problems because of the poor contruction. The water in both bathroom would come out red for the first few seconds, which is gross when you are taking a shower. They claimed it would go away, we lived there for 13 months and the problem remained. The front door does not seal well, so every bug you can imagine makes it way inside. The quality of the closet are crappy, my son tried to close the door and it broke like the 3rd week we lived, the day we left it was still broken, even after numuorous request to fix it. The washer only had cold water and of course the maintenance people never made it out. The wall paint was sensitive to the touch and one coat is not enough. I would definitely shop around before heading in this direction. The only positive thing I can say about this place is that it does have nice amenities.
