I lived in one of the townhomes (it was very quiet) so I may have had a different experience than most of the other reviewers. Maintenance was okay...things were usually fixed the same day. The construction of the place is a little poor (cheap paint, stubborn cabinets)but I never had any serious problems like with the sinks or the AC. The amenities are great. Well overall I really enjoyed living here. I strongly recommend the townhomes. I'm going to miss this place...I've lived here over a year.
