Iron rock apts- looks can be deceiving

I am a current resident and I have to agree with most of the comments.
1. The apartments are cheaply built. I had door knobs come off, cabinets with defects, I have also notice some mold on the windows not to mention the walls seem to attract any and every stain. Last but not least the remotes for the gates break very easily.
2. Service is poor. I have been requesting lease information from them for the past month, nothing yet. Also there outdoor sign that says 24 business center, NOT true it close whenever they close the office.
3. Finally my biggest pet peeve. The walls are thin. I can usually here what my upstairs neighbor is doing 24/7. That gets especially annoying if they are doing it at 3am.
4. The only positive to living here. Ample parking.... that's it.
