I've lived here for about two years with two roomates and we have zero complaints. Whenever there is a problem with a faucet, garbage disposal, door handle, a.c., we go straight to one of the maintenance guys and they are over to fix the problem within the hour. There was a problem with the front gates not working for a few months last year, but that hasn't been a problem for awhile. As far as the remotes not working, we still have our original three and they work just fine. Someone mentioned the business center not being open 24 hours. '''' The access card gets you in the side of the building and the weight room and business center are available 24 hours.
The complaints about the interiors leaving a lot to be desired, look, you get what you pay for. Three beds, two baths, 1,300 s.f. for only $1,000 a month does not equate to marble, stainless steel appliances and pergo floors. Basically, we are content and sorry to hear others have had problems.
