I really haven't had too many problems living here, but I'm going to address some of the issues made by other people who have posted.

-Noise: This is really dependent on the room you're in. For some reason, I can hear a lot of what goes on downstairs when I'm in my bathroom. But I hear VERY little or nothing when I'm in my room, living room, or kitchen. There's not a ton of parties and such here so I haven't really been bothered much.

-Maintenance: They're okay... sometimes it takes a little while to get someone to come out, but I've also had maintenance come out that day. They're also really good about pest control too- haven't had any problems except ants and when I see one, I call and they send someone over on the next Friday to spray. Sometimes they do "argue" about whether there's a problem, but I found that if I don't argue back, they are more receptive.

The actual apartment: some stuff that's "wrong"... marks on walls, bathtub, etc. but nothing I was worried about- I did however take pictures when I moved in and detailed that stuff.

Safety: Never ever seen anyone fighting in the complex, mostly feel safe. It's a gated community, but sometimes the gates break.. that's been problematic. There's been a couple of cars broken into recently.

Staff: Don't care if they're nice to me, really. Yeh they're not selling me anything so they're not going WAY out of their way, but for the most part they're pleasant. Usually remember my name, apartment number, etc when I come in. But some staff has changed recently so it could be a little different now.
