Being in the apartment business myself, I always try to treat the residents like friends, unless they dont pay their rent, the staff here never seemed friendly and would never get up from their seats when I would go to the office for something. Kara, who was a leasing asst. at the time and the one who leased me and my boyfriend our apartment was the friendliest one there. The property is nice, the maintenance staff is cool and friendly and always took care of things within a reasonable time. The worst thing that happened to us while living there was that our bikes were stolen from our second story balcony in the middle of a Sunday afternoon. The manager lived below us and would never say Hi or smile, real warm and fuzzy huh' But, when living at a complex, especially one that is fairly new, you really dont have a reason to deal with the staff much, so the property is worth living at, just beware of the obnoxious cowboy boot wallpaper in the office, it's enough to make you want to puke, who decorated tat place'
