I would not reccommand these apartments. We have lived here for almost a year now and for the first 3 months our refrigerator didn't work. The maintance man told us would you rather have it freezing all your vegtables or not cooling at all.Then we noticed a water spot on the ceiling, I told the main*tance man and he said it was from the dryer vent. We were the first people to live in this apartment.Sure enough the first time it rained the roof starting to leak. I requested to get it fixed and all they did was spray some KILTZ over it. Next time it rained it leaked again(few months later) so I told them again this time it took longer they didn't fix it until the next time it rained. This time they claim the roofers came out so theypatched it and painted over it and it looks like crap. Every single blind in the apartment have broke more then once. Our A/C vent fell out of the wall. It has just been a pain in the butt the whole time here. Can't wait to get out of here.

I totally agree with this. The same thing happened to me. Andt the maintance people don't even bother to knock they just walk and welcome themselves rigt into your apartment.
