was nice, turned horrible under new owners

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2002
 
lived there for 2 yrs. the first year was great. management was great. then it changed ownercship and all went south from there. when it was time to renew lease prices were thru the roof. way overpriced and management was unhelpful and confrontational. not a good place to live now. too bad, because it is a decent property
