iron rock is an excellent apartment community. i lived in a 2-bedroom townhouse for a year and very much enjoyed being a resident there. the only reason i moved was to be in north austin for my job. i just received my fully refunded security deposit, a rare thing in the apartment industry. most places will do anything they can to keep your money, but they were fair and honest. i have no complaints about iron rock. in the few times we had to put in maitenance requests, they were timely and efficient in their response. the office staff was helpful and courteous. we lived in a very quiet building toward the back of the property with convenient access to the pet park, which my dog loved dearly. i never heard any noise disturbances which is hard to find in a apartment. my neighbors were nice, i felt completely safe and truly enjoyed my time there. i would recommend this place to anyone.
