Overall this is a nice apartment. It's clean and pretty quiet. Two pools and the fitness center are awesome. Maintenance staffs are kind and helpful as well. I agree with the previous review that girls at the office are a little fake-kind, but the important thing is that they still welcome you with smiling faces and provide you with the help you need. I really liked this place in general.
But the ceiling is thin, so if you have a noisy upstair, it will be annoying. My upstair people had two boys, I was afraid that the ceiling would just fall down because of the boys' jumping and running.
And it is far from everywhere in Austin! I know that the location is the reason for the relatively cheap rent for so-called "luxury apartments," but I hated wasting my time on the road.
