I'm moving this weekend and have been here for 9 months. I've never had any problems with anyone in the office, but for those that have, I think 4 of the 5 people in there now are new. Parking is really the only annoyance for me. The maintenance people really are cool,and efficient,HOWEVER,I made it clear to them that I didn't care when they came,I would gladly work around their schedule,I just wanted to be home whenever they came by. BOTH times they came in when I wasn't home. I'm sorry but I'm a woman,I live alone,I've got animals,and that just REALLY pissed me off. No you can't go to the pool after 10 but if you live by the pool, which I did, you'll appreciate the rule. Other than that I've got no complaints. My 1 bedroom had a great layout and it was nice and roomy with a huge bathroom and closet. The built-in desk area is awesome. I was expecting just a built in desk but it's a nook a little smaller than my dining room. It had a light and cabinets, and the desk. It was like having a study.
The only reason I'm moving is b/c I want to be downtown, that and they raised the rent $100.
