Well where should I start. Ok well me and my husband have lived here since December 06 and the whole experience of our 1st apartment has been horrible!Well our AC has broken 4 times! Once when I was pregy..Then 3times when are baby was a NEW BORN! The maintenance guy always says he will be back in 20min to check on it he never does we have to call the people at the front desk, they are no HELP what so ever. My husbands Jeep has been broken into twice on Christmas EVE, note they never called us back to check on us. The 2nd time they broke in they stole all his sterio the apartment did not do anything but say im sorry and offer a garage. The staff is horrible Barbara cant seem to pass a message down to the manager. Weve been waiting 2weeks to speak with the manager. Manager is horrible she comes in on the weekends and choose not to speak with us because she is in her "dress down clothes" what kind of service is that' I think that is rude customers should come 1st. The apartments seem to be getting ghetto. Are fire alarm broke and the maintenance guy said he would be back with the battery well it's been a week and still no battery. THere is always AUNTS everywhere! The front desk staff are not allowed to "get the messages from the call service" but yet there allowed to open up the office' I swear this place is horrible do not move here! Staff is VERYYYYYYYY BAD.
