Where do I start with the issues. First, Ants the entire time I lived there. Mainly in the restroom. Carpet was clean for about 2 days before the spots started to rise up again, then looking like crap. Roomates got car vandalized 3 times. Maintence does not follow up with the issues that are called in. You have to follow up with them in the office. The gates did not work almost the entire time I lived there. They would be fixed, then broken again after about a week. and usually last a month before they would get fixed again. Wasp nest everywhere. At one point we couldn't even go on the back patio because there was one or two right above the door. Knock them down and they would build the next day. Garbage disposal would get fixed and last about 2 days before something was wrong with it again. You can't even say you get what you pay for in this case because Rent is entirely to high for the quality of everything there and what you have to deal with. Go elsewhere
