Want your car broken into'

In the last six months several of my neighbors have had their cars broken into. The apartments even sent out a letter saying that break ins were on the rise. The sad thing is that they seem to be doing nothing about it. For the last three weeks the security gates have been open 24 hours a day. They claim to have a security officer living here but in over a year I have never seem this guy making a round and neither have my wife or two kids. If this guy is getting a discount he isn't working for it.

Oh just thought you should also know that when I left my apartment the night of one of the break ins and saw 5 police cars parked outside I immediately called the main office the next moring by whom I was told someone had just been pulled over in the complex. I kept calling insisting that I wasn't dumb enough to believe that it took 5 police officers for one traffic violation. That Sunday when I was arriving home and saw the Crime Scene Unit parked outside I called again and again wasn't told much of anything except the manager would return my call. I never got to speak with her and then finally 2 days later the letters were sent out. I guess I should be grateful that someone eventually managed to tell the truth.
