The manager is rude, with a nasty attitude. She threatens the occupants of the apartments. Instead of her doing inspections throughout the year, knowing the aparment owner was coming on a Tuesday to inspect apartmentsthat,she went to everybody's apartment on the Sunday (two days before inspection)with a number of people and insulted tenant after tenant, talking down to them, for not living up to her standards. She never have a good thing to say and she takes all your energy when she leaves, not at all professional and to bring someone with childish antics, mocking and cracking jokes about things that are not funny. She always threatens to put people out, because they have different views than she. You put in a work order and the maintenence come in your place and starts stealing and going through your personal things. I've talked to several people, who's had a problem with things coming up missing. I saw one maintenance man come out of an apartment with a cup of alcohol. Getting you apartment repaired is a joke. The problem don't get fixed, it just gets covered up. You have families living in congested apartments that she won't move because she has this vandetta. There is continuous crime going on during and after business hours. The tenants cars get towed while the dope dealers cars can park whenever they feel like it taking up the parking from the people who live there. There is no program or any sort of activities for the people there. All she is there for is to earn a check. She need to come up with resources for the tenants to help them to get a different outlook on their circumstances, instead of worrying about how she look to her employers. This should be a community not a concentration camp. The owner just want to get the grant money for the apartments to get their name in the paper. They need to take a survey from the tenants and see how they feel living over there. It's not cause they want to live there. It's the only place they can afford to stay. We need someone who has a kid and loves themself. Someone who has a heart, cause she doesn't have one. She doesn't care about the people who stay there, so why don't she find something that makes her happy, cause it seems that she doesn't like her job too much. It's probably the only thing she's good at doing to make her feel important. I will be anonymous because she will retaliate and put my family out.

I AGREE THAT SHE (CYNTHIA ELLIS BROWN ) IS VERY RUDE HATEFUL NASTY ATTITUDE ,LOOKS DOWN ON US LOW INCOME FAMILY , I COULD ONLY TAKE IT FOR A YEAR CAUSE SHE JUST PUT ME SO LOW CUZ I WAS A SINGLE MOTHER ,AND TOLD ME I HAD TO FIND GOD OR A MAN TO HELP RAISE MY THEN 1YR.OLD SON .SHE IS SNOBY ,AND DOSENT FORCE THE CURFUE AT NIGHT BECAUSE KIDS BE RUNNING OUT SIDE LATE AT NIGHT NOT SUPERVICE WILL THER FAMILY IS IN SIDE OR OUT SIDE DRING (PEOPLE BY MAILBOX APT.) NOT SAFE AT ALL .THERE IS ALSO HER BUT KISSING STAFF WHO ARE LAZY MEN THEY SIT IN THERE SUBERBAN AND VAN AND THEY JUST SIT THERE THERE HALF WORKING BOYS WHO DO NOT KNOW HOW TO FIX ANY THING EXEPT COVER UP THERE PROUBLEM AND IT GETS BIGGER AND THEN WE HAVE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT COULD HAVE BEEN PREVINTEDIF THER LAZY BUTS WOULD HAVE FIXED IT .AND THEN THERE THE BIG HISPANIC GUY WHEN HE GOES AFTER HOUR TO PRETEND LIKE HE FIXING SOMETHING HE TAKE HIS KIDS ONE DAY HE WENT TO MY UNIT AFTER HOURS AND HIS KIDS WERE PLAYING IN MY KIDS ROOM. AND SHE DID NOTHING ABOUT IT .HE WAS ALSO DRINKING STUFF OUT MY FRIDGE HE HAD ONE OF MY GLASSES IN HIS HAND.THE BIG BLACK GUY WOULD SIT OUT SIDE WITH THE GUYS AND HE WOULD BE SMOKING WEED,, NO LIE... AND ITS SUPPOSE TO BE DRUG FREE .LOL...AND THEY DONT NOTIFIED WHEN THERE CUTTING OF THE WATER AND BE CAREFUL WITH THE GAS METER ON 12TH CUZ IT LEAKS ODER COMING FROM THERE EVERY TIME I GO TO MY DAD APT. U SMELL IT WHEN I PASS BY IVE ALSO REPORTED IT BUT TILL THIS DAY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE .THEY DONT DO NOTHING ABOUT THE ROACHES ... FYI.. WELL ON SALINA THERE IS HER WATCH DOG (CYNTHIA -hispanic) WATCH OUT FOR THAT BUT KISSER.she ALSO HAS A BUNCH OF KIDS THAT SHE BEATS ON ,SMOKES WEED,DRINKS ALOT BUT YET A NURSE NO ONE LOOKS DOWN ON THAT HAD CPS ON HER ALOT OF TIME AND ALSO SLEEPIN WITH THE MAINT-MAN (WHAT AN ANGEL)AND ON 12TH THERE THIS BIG LADY WITH A DOG WHO IS ANOTHER BUT KISSER WHO TATTLE ON ANY LITTLE THING GOT A SINGLE MOTHER WITH 4 KIDS KICK OUT THERE APT. JUST CAUSE THE KIDS MAKE TO MUCH NOISE BUT YET HER DOG IS BARKING ALL NIGHT .AND SHE ALSO HAS PEOPLE LIVING WITH HER. I BET SHE AINT TATTLING NOW YEA THE APTMENT ARE OKAY IF THAT THE ONLY THING WE CAN AFFORD BUT TO TAKE THE ABUSE FOR THE MANEGER IT WORHT MOVING OUT . SO BEFORE MOVING IN AT LEAST HAVE A GOOD JOB NOT MC DONALDS ..IM GONE STY HIDIN CUZ MY DAD STILL LIVES THERE AND HE IS ELDERLY SO SHE WONT PUT HIM OUT .. IT THE SNAKE WHO JUST DONT DO NOTHIN LIVIN OF THE GOVERMENT AND THE DRUG DEALERS THERE JUST SITTING AT HOME TATTLING ON HONEST WORKIN FAMILY .WELL I AM MAD ABOUT HOW THEY TREAT PEOPLE..
