The past reviews I have read, and I being a past tenant feel that only a person that has an issue with structure feels this way. She is not mean. She is straight forward and gives these tehants chances. Everyone has there days and maybe she was just having hers the day you walked in. She knows what she is doing and to me tries to help. She knows what to expect from her tenants. A lot of these reviews are probably from past tenants that got evicted or something, I don't know. I give her all the props for dealing with the people she serve which are rude, liars, and people with bad intentions.
