I have lived here from Nov. '02-Apr. '04 when I will move. Grounds are nice. Office staff have changed some and seem nice and have fixed things in a timely matter mostly. Building 2 has a Racoon problem were I have spent many restless nights listening to the scratching of the Racoons. They are trapping them but its been 4 plus months to get rid of them. There are new car dealership being build next door now. Construction starts at 7am every day and sometimes on the weekends at 7am. They stop around 5pm but have gone till 8pm twice. Live on the east side of the complex if you wish to not here the speakers of the car dealer when it is running. Overall I have enjoyed my time with a few problems. The residents are vairied and it seems to be a good mix. kids tend to be at the front of the complex and do play in the parking area unsupervised. My rent has gone from offered 625 market rate to 520 with 2 months free to 489 and I was just offered 439/mo. to renew for the A1a size. I am moving because of the car dealership noise and the unresolved issue with the racoons and I want to live downtown. I rarely here the other in the complex, walls and folors seem quiet, you will here heavy feet up the stairs.
