I have lived at Martha's Vineyard for just over a year. I love it here. I believe they have the best maintenance crew ever NOW!. One especially is very willing to do everything he can to meet and exceed your needs. He is always very eager to do a good job and if you want he will explain to you the entire problem and why it happened. Good Job Billy!
I believe this is a great place to meet people and have some fun. During the summer months there is a group of people who like to meet out at the pool and play some volley ball. everyone is welcome and it almost turns into one big community party.
Management is finally stable, I have heard that it has had alot of changes in the past but for the last year it has been the same people. The assistant manager, Barbie is great she is always friendly and eager to help you with whatever comes up. The Manager, Johnene, is a good hearted woman even though she is trying to put a stop to the weekend vlley ball games. I do not believe they should be such a big deal. She is OVERLY protective of her pool (even though you NEVER see her actually in it)
From what I can tell it seems all of the staff do live on property so they are there even after hours if they are needed.
Overall, I highly recommend Martha's Vineyard.
