Great if you are a single person

Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
Not a bad place although the AC and other utilities are aging a bit.

It has a nice pool area but the singles are taking over during the weekends. Lots of beer drinking, water volleyball, and profanity. Not a great place to bring a family but the weekdays are usually not crowded.
