Apt management giving fake reviews

The reviews ont 7/20 and 7/21 look really fake. They only give positive stuff and are really short.
Too bad the staff at Marthas doesn't know how to use this site because they did NOT recommend it :-)
I live here and have mixed feeling about the place. The only thing that might make it good is how bad some of the other complexes are. I guess the occupancy level must be low with someone resorting to such desperate efforts as to fake apartment reviews.
Could be a good time to get a nice price on a apartment though :-)
