What I learned on this one... there's a price you pay for a cheap apartment. Don't be decieved by the nice facade, water pressure is non-existant and often contaminated, water mains break all the time.. expect to pay 35$ a month for water on a 600 sq. foot apartment. Management is rude, and other residents downright frightening (probably why AMLI wanted to sell it off.) Don't expect to fit anything but a compact car in any of their spots. Also due to their drainage problems you often have to walk through massive puddles to get to your place even days after it has rained. Did I mention the management is rude and incompetent'
