I like how the only good ratings recently are short and say nothing other than the management is doesn't suck.

The apartments are ok, but the headaches the management will cause will make your living experience here not worth it. When your sitting at home in your apartment the decent landscaping and pool wont matter half as much as having to call the manager to get anything done. Even dropping off your rent causes me frustration. They are like dealing with the crazy people off Jerry Springer always being confrontational and vindictive.

The Utilities are higher than others in the area. There aren't enough parking spots and they are very small. Every night there are at least 4 cars in the fire lane, so if you dont want a ticket be prepared for a walk.
