Save your effort, move across the street

I have lived here for almost 2 years and am really dissapointed with the direction this apartment complex is taking. The hot tub has been broken since summer, the tennis lights are broken, a number of pot holes are starting to go unfixed around the complex.
It didn't use to be like this, things were really kept up. Now the only thing the complex spends money on is the flowers, grass, and vegetation to keep it looking nice.
If I had to guess, I think the current management is worried about the new apartments that is being built on the other side of Pond Springs. Why throw money away on a really competitive housing market when you milk the current property for the short term' That is why it would be a lot easier to wait 2-3 months and just move across the street into a complex that will take the effort to maintain the building and not just the vegetation.

You have a really good point...definitely worth looking into. Maybe they'll be more professional over there too.
