I just moved out of this apartment complex after 3 years. When I first moved in the staff was great and the tentants we decent and courteous. Lately, things have changed and it seems they are letting just anyone move in. The staff has changed several times and now they have a new management company. The manager, Penny, is an idiot and the other staff members all have attitude problems. I had to break my lease because my friend was robbed at gun point while getting out of his car in front of my building. Crime had been a huge issue for a while in this complex and the staff tried to hide it. They didn't even let tenants know of the robbery that occured until I threatened to do it myself and then they only said that an "Incident" had occured. Luckily, I contacted the Pinnacle Management office and went straight to the top and they agreed to let me out of my lease.

Hello, How did you manage to get out of the lease ? I need to break the lease and get the hell out of here. This is not a place for families. I moved to this apt thru a referral from my friend :( |
