I have hated the place the whole time I have lived in the apartments. The staff does not know what they are talking about when you ask a question you will get six different answers for the staff and you will not know what the right one is. When you have a problem with something it takes a long time to get it fixed unless you are constantly informing the office on a day to day basis. The crime is continuing to raise things from cars being broken in to and attempted murder. But the staff does not tell you everything that??s going on. due to the current issues I feel for the safety of me and my family but was told I could not leave one month early from my lease because it is a business and they would lose money and it is business orientated not family. The staff care more about the apartments that they do the safety and wellbeing of there tenants. I do not recommend the apartments in any way shape or form. It is not a place for anyone to live if they are single or a family. The apartments care more about the way the apartments look than they do about things that are broken or the safety of the tenants.

I WAS TOLD THE SAME THING (it's a business, and if we let you out of your lease early, we'd lose money...) nevermind the fact that I have children and my the safety of my family is jeopardized because they made a bad choice and let some moron move in who was mixed up in "illegal" activities that brought this shooting incident on.

Ok so the manager is supposed to predict the future when renting? A criminal check is ran at move in, management can not follow people around and make sure they dont do anything that will make you come on here and while. As far as breaking your lease. YOU signed a contract. No matter their reason for not letting you out YOU SIGNED THE CONTRACT! research better before you sign something. And as far as you safety. I dare you to find a place that is crime free, or even one where management sends a bulletin out to all the residents everytime crime happens. YOU WILL NOT FIND IT!!!!! you ar the type of person who will look for any reason to make it appear someone owes you something. Grow up, stop whilning and hold up to your responsibility.
I too have been a resident here for a while and I know that if I have a problem, I can take it to management (THE RIGHT WAY) and it gets fixed. I am not a child looking for a way and a reason to break a promise I SIGNED!
