Most of the people complaining about this place are losers anyway or were evicted. The attempted murder was nothing more than a domestic disturbance. There are community meetings in the office to help situations like this not happen again. The staff takes care of business and is willing to work with the tenants. I have been here a year and have had no issues. I will admit parking can be a bit difficult but other than that no issues. A new company took ownership in the last 6 months and things are even better than they were.
