I moved in recently to Martha??s and have been disappointed ever since. The apartment unit was very dirty with a sloppy paint job. The items I have requested to be fixed from the move in sheet have yet to be addressed after several weeks and two requests. The outer layer of paper on the sheet rock is starting to peel in spots causing the walls to look bad. Past repairs and modifications to the walls are obvious due to the poor workmanship of the repairs. I have also had a minor ---- roach problem since moving in and I keep the apartment very clean.

To be fair, it is not all bad: Rent is lower then other places, I have had no noise issues, and the outside landscaping is well kept. (At least my friends will think this is a nice place!)

The price looks really good but don??t let how nice the apartments look on the outside fool you into thinking you are finding a great deal. As always, you get what you pay for.
