There was always some notice about criminal activity. There were assaults and vandalism to cars. The management couldn't care less. They were on occassion downright rude. I would voice concerns about my safety and they would actually laugh.
The utilities are HIGH. Unbelievably so. I kind of feel like I was conned.
The apartments stink. The say they changed the carpet but it smelled like animals.
The place is poorly maintained.
This place is unsafe. Too many scary people reside here.
