Apartments were nice when we moved in -Nov 2003- Management was nice and maintenance was good, however that has all changed. The apartments are scary, maintenance is not existent, and management is very bad! Have you ever rented an apt floor plan only to have the manager call you up at work and say, oh we don't like the floorplan so we are going to change it- WHILE YOU ARE LIVING THERE' Are you kidding me' Well, that is what they did and the so called Upgrade made the rent go up by $150! The conversion was done poorly and looks like a kid cocked the bathroom with toothpaste! We asked for shelves to be put in since they took away half the closet and the linen closet, but they have never been installed. I have put in at least 3 requests since I got it in writing that they would be installed...that was 3 months ago! Still no shelves. We decided enough and went looking for another place. The manager refused to release our rental history if we didn't give notice we were moving first- talk about crazy' I am not giving up my home if I don't know I have another to go to... They changed the rental drop box policy with out notifying the tenants causing a lot of people to incur late fees. We complained enough that they did have to send a letter out to tenants, but this has just added to the bad impressions of the management staff. Now the clientele has begun to decline, the pool is dirty, hot tub doesn't work, and the so called new paint job ( icky tan) is already pealing! I was told my management that it is hard to keep maintenance people. I hate having allocated water - we pay every time there is a water main issue or if they drain and refill the pool!
I loved it here when we moved in, but now I would not recommend this place for nothing! Run away! Far Away!
