I would definitely not recommend living at Martha's Vineyard. In a span of a month my apartment was burglarized, an acquaintance's motorcycle stolen, and my roommate's vehicle broken into. The manager was, to say the least, rude and inconsiderate when we notified her of the matter. The first thing she told me was, "Well you know this does not get you out of your lease!" My roommate and I were not trying to get out of our lease at all, but rather notify her of the activity on her property so she could make everyone else in the complex aware as well. Too add on, the business center printers NEVER work and there are a number of residents who allow their pets to do their business where ever they choose without cleaning it up. The price and availability of washer and dryer in the unit is nice but does not make up for all the other disadvantages. Pick another complex if possible!!
