Upon first moving in, you think it's really nice. The Managment staff are rude and will harass you to no end. Isack is very nice but the Manager is a class A @#$#@. I would suggest you look for another place to live. If I could find out who owns this property and who the managers boss is I would be giving them a call.
I will not recommend this place to anyone I know. And beware of the bill you get when you leave, ridiculus!!!!!

I have lived here for several months and I have no problems with the manager. The office staff, Issac and Penny the manager, have been very helpful and nice to me. Maybe you went in to talk to her and you were upset about something and had an additude with the manager...making her a little less "helpful." Obviously you left your apartment a mess if you are talking about a bill they gave you after you moved out. Everyone knows that apartment complexes only charge you if you trash the place before you leave! Also if you wanted to complain to the boss of the manager, all you would have to do is look it up on the internet and contact them yourself, rather than posting an anonymous complaint on the internet. Good luck with your next place.

This is obviously spam from the office staff. I experienced the same problems that the original poster cited and more. I did call Penny's boss, the owners, and they overruled Penny's ridiculous decisions. This place is a dump! Do not rent there!

lol so obviously the management of the apartment complex posting. Everyone knows that in customer service the customer is expected to be upset and the workers are expected to try and resolve their issues without getting attitudes. I have relatives that live in this dump and I can tell you it is all smoke and mirrors. Once they get your signature it is all down hill. Don't rent here. They are losing business and I would imagine that someone will be losing their job eventually if upper management ever read this website
