I have another month left on my lease and then I am OUTTA here. It took three months for them to do anything about a dog that barked non stop every time the owner left her apartment just across from me. That barking dog was quickly replaced by another in an adjoining building. People have LOUD family disputes at all hours. To my knowledge the lights in the swimming pool have never been fixed and kids are allowed in the pool unsupervised AND after dark. Totally illegal. Rotting wood everywhere. For the cost of a tiny one bedroom, this place does NOT live up to the hype.

Discovered the bathtub had been spray painted prior to my move in, paint peeling off in in sheets. And finally, something most people would not think to check prior to moving into an apartment----------the architectural genius who planned my building thought it would be a great idea to plant the HVAC farm right outside MY bedroom window, so I am awakened by loud units going on and off at all hours of the night.

Water bills are shared so I pay for water that the apartments that have several people all using water are using. I plan to make sure of these and other things in my search for my next place.
