Not only are these apartments filthy when you move - nasty, dirty carpet that the manager Penny refuses to replace, terrible paint job - windows are painted shut, paint is splattered on the counter tops and cabinets, and the apartment smells. The office manager is a true ----- and everyone that lives there will tell you so. I've walked in the office twice and witnessed her in a yelling match with a resident right in the middle of the office! The crime on the property is BAD! Many car break ins, apartments being broken into and the management doesn't even send out a letter to residents making them aware of the crimes! Izak and Nichole and Catherine are very nice and helpful but don't expect anything from Penny but rudeness and she doesn't even want to take the time to speak to you unless you go above her to her boss. She is the reason this place has gone to hell. She offers you nothing for renewing your lease. When we moved in she wouldn't even replace our carpet that was dirty, smelled, and had stains! I would not recommend this place to anyone and I can't wait til we can move from this nasty apartment! aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb

Terrible apartments. The carpet was bad. Everything was old. Why don't they invest some money on upgrades? This place is white trash heaven. They stand outside their apartments doing drugs and throwing beer cans onto the grass. When I lived there - we moved a couple of years ago - one of the trolls in the office shared an apartment with her brother who sold drugs from the apartment. They wanted us to pay over $800 for a 2 bedroom. The place stinks. There's a lot of crime. You can't go out at night as it's not safe. We moved, obviously. Look around at all the nice apartments in NW Austin, you know that you can do better.
