I have lived here since May 2007 and I am satisfied with the apartment complex. Parking stinks, but I have great neighbors and a nice cozy apartment at a great price. We have a big-screen tv with surround sound and our neighbors are VERY surprised that they can't hear any noise from our apartment. Everything I have had an issue with has been taken care of quickly and efficiently. The office staff is so sweet and willing to help us every time we see them. The grounds are kept up nicely, landscapers come every Monday. I have lived in big expensive apartments but would not trade the sense of community I feel now that I live at Martha's Vineyard to go back to a "luxury" apartment complex.
