Red Roof Inn is a nicer place than this. When I moved in my carpet was matted and smelled like dog piss, walls not painted. I was told when moving from Houston to Austin that it would be fine to have a gril at this place. After signing a lease one week later I have a warning with the threat of a $1'000 fine if I don't remove it. Law is Law that is fine, but I was lied to just to get me to sign the lease. As you read other posts you will find that this many complaintants somebody must be blind at the managment company of Marthas Vineyard because if they could see ----- Penny and her SPAWN they would have commited suicide. Of all the things you read about this place is true, but I have not had a problem with maintnance. Some do and some don't but I think ONE of the maintnance people agree with me on the managment so maybe thats why I have had no problems getting things done the same day. I could keep going on but that would do no good just DON'T MOVE HERE.

Red Roof Inn! Ha you are crazy. This place is not bad. I have lived all over Texas and I think you are nuts for complaining so much like all the other crazies on this site. These apartments are just fine, you get what you pay for after all, so the price is just right for a middle of the line place to live...this place isn't brand new after all. But the folks in the office are just fine with me and my neighbors are kind and sincere people who work hard for thier money and like to hang out with their friends and neighbors after a long day at work. We look out for each other and most of us like it just fine here. If you can't stand this place, why don't you just move along instead of posting something and name callin.
