This is the 3rd year that I have been living here at Marthas Vineyard. I dont know what u people are talking about, I really enjoy this place. Penny has been pleasant everytime I have spoken with her and if I have a maintence issue they are usually there within a couple days. Katherine(Katie) is also pretty nice. It is pretty quiet here with occasional loud music but overall well maintained. And the kids are well better mannered than u will find in alot of other apartment complexes. All u other complainers are quite crazy.

It's funny to me that the few that seem to not have a thing to say bad are alway anonymous. Almost if it were an office worker.

I have to agree with all the negative postings on this complex. Penny is horrible to talk to about anything. I was once sent a box of fruit for Christmas - they found it in their mail closet two months later. Penny didn't seem to think it was a problem! I told her I thought she should reimburse the gift sender for the $50 fruit and she just laughed. She tried to tell me that a notice was left on my door. I said if there had been a notice for a package that I was expecting, then surely I would have been there to pick up my package. Penny didn't think it was her problem. Grrr, I still get angry when I think about it. As soon as my lease was up, I was out of there. The one good thing about Martha's Vineyard was that I did get back all of my deposit after I left. (I suspect that was because it wasn't Penny that did my move-out inspection). Sign me: Glad to Be Gone!!!
