My husband and I have lived here for 4 years and have NEVER had a problem that wasn't handled immediately or professionally. We have never been treated w/disrespect by any of the staff members and find them to be extremely nice. The staff hold resident parties, football parties, pool parties, Easter Egg hungs for the kids, all kinds of things. The only way I could see Penny and her staff getting mad is if a tenant deserves it...they is not unreasonable.

It's pretty peaceful here. The property has beautiful crepe myrtle trees all around. The pool is one of the better apt. complex pools in Austin, and in my line of work, I've seen most of them. It is usually clean (except Monday mornings after the weekend crowd...ha) and it is open year round.

There are some residents who don't care where there pets poop or are litter bugs, but the staff does their best to pick up after them or to remind them about the pet pooping area.

I'd be surprised if these people saying these horrible things still live here...they probably did something to piss the management off. And if these negative reviewers still live here...tell me, why is that if it is so bad.

This is a wonderful apartment complex. Do not hesitate to check it out.
