I am single and live in a duplex on the corner. Residents are responsible for watering the lawn, but have no control over how long and often. During water restriction use imposed by the city, management ignores it... lawn is being watered twice everyday. I am not only paying for my water assumption, but my neighbor's as well. One month I was billed for using 24,000 gallons of water ($240.00) I was given $30 off my water bill which wasn't enough. My neighbor's usuage for 2 people was 1,800 ($54.00). This is due to the sprinkle system water lines not being separated. When my lease is up, I'm out of there.

did you ever talk to the office about changing the watering schedule? i did and they helped me out--why complain about something you haven't tried to change
